% 31.08.2016 Vide last order, the parties were referred to the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre where they have mutually settled the subject matter of this appeal. Settlement Agreement of 23rd August, 2016 has been received. In terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement of 23rd August, 2016, the amount so deposited by appellant be released to the appellant as per Rules.

In view of aforesaid, impugned order is modified in terms of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement and this appeal and the application are disposed of.
