1. It is not in dispute that the Arbitrator has been appointed to adjudicate the disputes. In that view of the matter, it will be open to the Petitioner to file an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator to seek appropriate interim relief.

2. The petition is disposed of.
