O R D E R

% 27.06.2016 Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is threat to the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 6 and hence the petitioner has approached this Court for protection of her life and liberty. Counsel further submits that presently the petitioner is residing within the jurisdiction of the Police Station Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of counsel for the petitioner, the SHO, Police Station Netaji Subhash Place is directed to look into the matter from the angle of threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioner by the outside forces and provide necessary protection to her, if required.

In view of the aforesaid, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties, as prayed. (I.S.MEHTA) VACATION JUDGE JUNE 27, 2016 'dc'
