The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.360/2013 registered under Sections 420/120B IPC and Section 4 of Chit Fund Act at PS Vikas Puri. Status report / additional status report is on record.

Additional status report reveals that there were thirteen victims.

Admittedly, the dispute has been settled with victims appearing at Sl.Nos.1 (Ajay Singh), 2 (Anju Manchanda) and 3 (Savita). The other victims at Sl.Nos.5 (Rajbala @ Lali), 6 (Laxami @ Rajbala), 9 (Shalloo), 12 (Saroj) and 13 (Manisha) have opted not to pursue the matter. Regarding claims raised by victims at Sl.Nos.4 (Hema), 7 (Neelam), 8 (Preeti), 10 (Alka) and 11 (Sushma), the petitioner's counsel, on instructions, has volunteered to pay 50% of the amount claimed by them.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the offer of the petitioner to pay 50% of the claims of the victims at Sl.Nos.4 (Hema), 7 (Neelam), 8 (Preeti), 10 (Alka) and 11 (Sushma) and the fact that she has settled the dispute with victims appearing at Sl.Nos.1 (Ajay Singh), 2 (Anju Manchanda) and 3 (Savita), the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, she be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. She shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

The petitioner shall pay 50% of the claims raised by the victims at Sl.Nos.4 (Hema), 7 (Neelam), 8 (Preeti), 10 (Alka) and 11 (Sushma) without prejudice and subject to future adjustment (if any) to the said victims within four weeks through the Investigating Officer.

In case of non-compliance, State / victims will be at liberty to approach this Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
