% 08.05.2018 It has been pointed out that in a connected company petition being Co.Pet. No.657/2015 by an order dated 20.04.2018 this court has already appointed the OL as the liquidator of the respondent company. In view of the above, in my opinion, nothing further survives in the present company petition. The present company petition is disposed of accordingly.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a claim petition before the OL in the prescribed format supported by appropriate documents within eight weeks from today.
