BAIL APPLN. 1328/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an innocent person in case FIR No. 1455/2015 under Section 498 A IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act of P.S. Nebsarai. He further submits that petitioner is ready to join the investigation as and when called upon by the concerned IO/SHO.

Learned APP for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that the petitioner is required to join the investigation. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when called for

by the concerned IO/SHO and in the event of his arrest he be released on anticipatory bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like to the satisfaction of the concerned IO/SHO.

The bail application stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
