% 17.07.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent points out that in view of the judgment delivered by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 1063/2016, Vyanjana vs. The Chairman, CBSE & Anr; the amendment in Rule 69.1 (2) and Rule 69.2 (4) has been upheld by the Division bench and as such the prayer made in the instant petition cannot be answered in favour of the petitioner.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of the court to withdraw this petition. Liberty as aforesaid with additional liberty to seek any other remedy as per law. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
