One more opportunity sought by the defendant to lead further evidence as per his list. Out of the eight witnesses mentioned in the list, witness No.1 and 2 have already been examined. Witness No.3 Mr.Sanjay Singh being a witness to the documents and facts is relevant. However the witness at serial No.4, 5, 7 & 8 are not required as the documents and facts to be proved by these four witnesses are not disputed by the plaintiff. As far as witness No.6 is concerned, the witness is relevant but the particulars are not complete. Defendant is directed to summon this witness by providing the complete particulars of the PAN Number as well as the
