% 08.07.2016 File taken up today as 07.7.2016 was declared holiday. The petitioner by way of this petition has challenged two notices; the first is the notice dated 12.9.2012 vide which a notice had been served upon the petitioner as to why demolition of the suit property be not effected. The second prayer lays a challenge to the notice dated 19.01.2016 vide which the statutory body had served a notice upon the petitioner as to why sealing of the property be not effected.

Both these notices are the subject matter of challenge before the MCD (Appellate) Tribunal. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.

Till the next ten days the North Delhi Municipal Corporation

shall not take any coercive steps.

Petition disposed of in the above terms.
