% 01.07.2016 CRL. M.A. 10117/2016 (Exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

The application stands disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 1336/2016 & CRL. M.(BAIL) 1223/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and that she has been falsely implicated in FIR No. 206/2016 under Sections 308/323/34 IPC with P.S. Palam Village, Delhi. He further states that the petitioner is willing to join the investigation as and when required. Learned counsel further submits that nothing has to be recovered at the instance of the petitioner and therefore, she be released on anticipatory bail.

On the other hand, learned APP for State vehemently opposes the bail application and however, submits that the weapon of offence has already

been recovered.

In these facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation as and when required and in the event of her arrest, she be released on anticipatory bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that she shall not leave India without prior permission of the court below and that she shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.

The applications are disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
