% 12.07.2016 Respondent nos.4 && 5 are father and brother of petitioner no.1. Petitioner no.1 has married petitioner no.2 without the consent of respondent nos.4 & 5.

Petitioners have approached this Court by way of present writ petition seeking police protection. Respondent nos.4 & 5 are present in Court and submit that they have not threatened the petitioners nor they have any intention to cause any harm to them.

Learned ASC submits that telephone numbers of beat officer, division officer and SHO have been given to the petitioners and they may contact them, in case if any threat is extended.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of with the direction to SHO police station South Rohini to ensure the safety of petitioners, in case any threat is extended to them.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
