O R D E R

% 19.07.2016 Learned counsel for the appellant urges that the impugned order dated 05.05.2016 granting custody of the child to the respondent/wife is erroneous. After some hearing, the court is of opinion that the grounds made out for intervention of essentially interim arrangement for custody are not warranted. Learned counsel urged that the respondent is not cooperating with the appellant in the implementation of the judgment vis-a-vis visitation rights. It is open in such event to appellant to seek remedy by way of appropriate proceeding before the family court as is permissible in law.

In light of this above order, learned counsel seeks liberty to withdraw the appeal.
