% 14.02.2019 This suit has been valued @ Rs.21 lacs for the purpose of jurisdiction and court fees. Hence, this court does not have the pecuniary jurisdiction as of now and matter is liable to be transferred to the District Courts. Learned counsel for the parties state that the matter be transferred to Dwarka District Courts which is appropriate court having territorial jurisdiction.

Suit is accordingly transferred to District Court Dwarka. Parties to appear before the District Court on 2.5.2019. It has also been pointed out by learned counsel appearing for defendants No..1 that defendant No.2 has expired about one year ago.
