Counsel for the appellant/plaintiff has been heard in this appeal challenging the impugned judgment dismissing the suit for specific performance.

After some arguments, it is agreed that in case the respondent pays to the appellant a sum of Rs.2 lacs in full and final satisfaction of the claims of the appellant in the present litigation within a period of three months from today, the disputes between the parties will stand resolved. This is agreeable to the respondent who is appearing in person. 3.

Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of by ordering that the respondent will pay to the appellant a sum of Rs.2 lacs within a period of

three months from today, and for making this payment counsel for the appellant will give to the respondent the details of the bank account within a period of two weeks from today so that the payment can be made by the respondent to the appellant.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the aforesaid observations.
