% 27.07.2016 The matter is fixed before the Appellate Tribunal for final arguments on 28.7.2016, The Tribunal is requested to try to complete arguments on the said date and pass appropriate orders accordingly. Neither of the parties will seek an adjournment before the Tribunal. The Tribunal to adjudicate the appeal in accordance with law uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to file an additional affidavit. An advance copy has been given to learned counsel for respondent No.1. The additional affidavit be filed in the registry during the course of the day. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 states that she will file a status report by tomorrow. Let the needful be done. List on 12.08.2016.

In the meantime, notice be issued to respondent No.3, by Speed Post

and Ordinary Process, returnable for the date fixed. Notice be issued dasti also.
