CRL.M.C. 2188/2015 After some hearing the counsel for the petitioner submitted on instruction from the petitioner, who is present in person, that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, he choosing not to pursue or prosecute any further the criminal complaint (CC No.88/1 of 2009) on which or in which context the impugned orders were passed, he seeking liberty to institute appropriate proceedings in the civil court with regard to his claim over the basement, part of main hall and tin shed in factory premises No.H-1188, DSIDC Narela, Delhi in accordance with law. CRL.M.C. 2188/2015
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
