The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant assailing correctness of the judgment and decree dated 25.05.2018 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court (North) Rohini, Delhi in HMA No. 58353/2016.

The Appellant, who is present through Video Conferencing (VC) along with her counsel, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Appeal in view of an out-of-court settlement arrived at between the parties.

Accordingly, the present Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
