% 08.11.2016 (1) The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.34/16 under Sections 498A/354/313/376/34 IPC registered at Police Station Paschim Vihar. Status report is on record. (2) I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. By an order dated 01.07.2016, the petitioner was granted interim protection and was directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputedly, the petitioner has since joined the investigation.

(3) The petitioner is victim's mother-in-law. Main allegations are against co-accused Prem Singh (father-in-law). BAIL APPLN. 1337/2016

(3) Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to anticipatory bail and in the event of her arrest, she be released on bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating Officer with the condition that she shall join the investigation as and when required.

(4) The bail application stands disposed of.
