% 08.01.2016 Vide notification number 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the suit stands transferred to the district court. Learned counsel for defendants submit that plaintiff has not paid the court fees as well as the cost of Rs.30,000/-. Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that cost will be paid before learned Transferee Court and there is no issue regarding the court fee. As the matter has already been transferred, I am not supposed to make any observation on the point of court fee and cost.
