% 11.07.2016 Komal Keshri has appeared in person and we have spoken to her in the Court and Chamber. Vijay Kumar Keshri (uncle), Kalawati Devi (mother) and Kunal Keshri (brother) were also called to the Chamber and we have spoken to them.

Komal Keshri states that she wants to go and reside with the petitioner Ashwani Keshri.

Komal Keshri is 22 years of age and is pursuing M.Com. Komal Keshri, being an adult, is entitled to take her own decision.

Telephone number of two police officers will be made available to Komal Keshri and in case of any threat, it will be open to her to call the said police officers.
