% 01.08.2016 Allegations against petitioner are that he along with co-accused stopped the complainant, Mr. Roshan Kumar Verma and robbed him of his mobile phone. While committing robbery, co-accused gave a blow on the temple of complainant while petitioner snatched his mobile phone. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated. He was not apprehended at the spot.

Learned APP submits that petitioner's name was disclosed by the co-accused, thereafter, petitioner was apprehended on the pointing of complainant.

Keeping in view the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to admit the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

Application is dismissed.
