1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner NHAI states that three issues are involved in the present petition filed by it under Section 34 of the Act, challenging the Award dated 8th July, 2008.
2. As regards the claim concerning insurance, learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the awarded amount has already been paid to the Respondent long back. As regards entry tax, that has also already been paid. Finally he states that the royalty amount as awarded is also being made to the Respondent.
3. In that view of the matter, the impugned Award is hereby affirmed and the petition is dismissed.
