To be noted, on 02.02.2016, Ms. Arora had appeared herself and sought withdrawal of the company petition. Ms. Arora says that she will file a detailed affidavit explaining the circumstances in which she made a statement before the court seeking withdrawal of the petition. Let the needful be done within one week.
