% 03.08.2016 We have spoken to Shambhu Shah, Vibha, Amit and Anil Singh (father of Amit) in the chamber in the presence of Ms Pallavi S. Kansal, Advocate representing Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee. Vibha states that she likes Amit. Shambhu Shah has also agreed to the request made by Vibha and has stated that he will participate in the marriage ceremony which will be held in a temple within next five days. In view of the statement made by Shambhu Shah, we feel that no further orders or directions are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The petition stands disposed of.
