The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.292/2016 registered under Sections 307/354/354B/34 IPC at PS Anand Parbat. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed. Co-accused has been granted statutory bail. It is further informed that the cross-case vide FIR No.291/2016 under Sections 307/325/506/34 IPC at PS Anand Parbat has been registered against the complainant party. The petitioner had sustained injuries 'dangerous' in nature as depicted in MLC (Annexure 'A'). BAIL APPLN. 1381/2016

Learned APP informs that nature of injuries sustained by the victims have not been obtained due to certain administrative problems.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
