CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN %
ORDER
13.07.2016 Present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the undertaking given before this Court on 22"^^ June, 2016 in Contempt Case No.819/2016.
After some arguments, Mr. Kriti Uppal, learned senior counsel for the petitioners candidly admits that no violation of the order dated 22"''
June, 2016 is made out.
Consequently, the present contempt petitions are dismissed. In the event, if contempt of any of other order is made out, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. This Court, however, clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the proposed case. Rights and contentions of all parties are left open.
