% 20.07.2016 The petitioner has preferred the present petition on the ground that the matter has been hanging fire and is listed for final arguments since 25.08.2015 and the matter has repeatedly been adjourned on several dates. In my view, that is no ground to seek transfer of the proceedings. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the Trial Court shall expedite the hearing of the appeal and not grant any undue adjournments in the matter.
