In addition to that it has been pointed out by learned APP that the Appellant has already served the sentence and has been released thereafter, as can be seen from the communication dated 13.08.2013 from the Prison Authority.

In these circumstances, when nobody is coming forward and there is no possibility of anybody coming forward to contest the appeal, which is otherwise infructuous and accordingly disposed-of as dismissed.
