% 01.08.2016 The petitioner impugns order dated 09.06.2016 contending that sufficient opportunity of hearing was not granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondents have decided to grant a fresh hearing to the petitioner before the Special Committee which is scheduled for 03.08.2016 at 11.00 AM. Copy of notice of hearing dated 26.07.2016 has been produced, the same is taken on record.

W.P.(C) 5782/2016

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of illness of the advocate on record of the petitioner, it would not be possible for her to appear on 03.08.2016 and requests that some other date be fixed. Learned counsel for the respondent has taken instructions and submits that the Special Committee shall now meet on 10.08.2016 at 11.00 AM.

In view of the above, the impugned order dated 09.06.2016 is set aside. The matter is remitted to the respondents for a fresh hearing. The petitioner shall appear before the Special Committee on 10.08.2016 at 11.00 AM. It is clarified that no further notice shall be required to be issued to the petitioner for the said hearing. The Special Committee shall conduct the hearing on 10.08.2016 or on such other date(s) as the Special Committee may deem fit and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. In view of the above directions, nothing further survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. SANJEEV SACHDEVA, J AUGUST 01, 2016 'rs'
