At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents hands over the proceedings of the Medical Board held at the Base Hospital, Delhi Cantt. in respect of the petitioner, which states that after examining him for his disability, "Segmental Naevus Depigmentosus", the petitioner has been found fit. A copy of the said report handed over by the counsel for the respondents is taken on record. Learned counsel states that the respondents shall soon be issuing a letter, calling upon the petitioner to join the service in the month of April, 2018, for training purposes alongwith the next batch. 2.

The documents handed over by learned counsel for the respondents are taken on record.
