% 08.03.2017 The petitioner has preferred the aforesaid three petitions to seek the transfer of CC No.896/2016 (T.P. Crl No.30/2016), CC No.679/2016 (T.P. Crl No.33/2016) and CC No.l 102/2016 (T.P. Crl No.34/2016), which are presently pending before the learned MM Saket Courts and Patiala House Courts, to the court of Sh. Ashok Kumar, learned MM, Patiala House Courts before whom two other complaints being CC Nos.940/2016 and 932/2016 are already pending.

Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

The petitioners in the aforesaid petitions are accused in the said cases. Counsel for the respondent/ complainant states that he has no objection to the transfer of the said complaints to the court of Sh. Ashok Kumar, MM, Patiala House Courts. He, however, submits that the complaints have been pending since 2007-08 and his grievance is that the petitioner is seeking to delay the trial of the said cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner assures that the petitioners have no such intention. He further submits that the petitioners shall not seek any undue adjournment before the Trial Court post transfer either in the present cases or in other two cases already pending before it. Accordingly, the petitions are allowed. CC Nos.896/2016, 1102/2016 and 679/2016 taken note of herein above, stand transferred to the court of Sh. Ashok Kumar, learned MM, Patiala House Courts to be heard and tried along with CC Nos.940/2016 and 932/2016. Neither party shall seek nor be granted any undue adjournment by the Trial Court. The Trial Court is requested to dispose of the complaint cases as early as possible. The petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SA G MARCH 08, 2017 sr
