Delhi Development Authority has filed the affidavit dated 25th May, 2017.

The appellant Harjit Singh present in Court along with his counsel undertakes to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of the suit property to the respondent in satisfaction of the decree for possession passed by the Trial Court on or before 31st January, 2018. The appellant further undertakes not to transfer, alienate or part with the possession of the whole or any portion of the suit property till the handing over of the possession to the respondent. The undertaking of the appellant is hereby accepted. The appellant shall remain bound by the undertaking given to this Court. The application is disposed of.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the undertaking of the appellant. 4.

The appellant shall sign the order sheet before leaving the Court. 5.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
