By an order dated 10.01.2019 passed by the Supreme Court (Transfer Petition (C) 1901-1902/2013), the present petition has been directed to be transferred to the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, to be heard along with W.P.(C) 5174/2012 titled 'Indian Body Building Federation v. Union of India of India & Ors.'. The parties are also directed to appear before the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, on 04.03.2019. 2.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to ensure that relevant files are transferred to the High Court of Jharkhand at Ranchi, forthwith. 3.
