After making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner/defendant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition challenging the order dated 16.03.2018, with the liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff submits that the Trial Court may be directed to dispose of the Civil Suit expeditiously. For that purpose, learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff may make request to the Trial Court.
