% 31.03.2016 Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondent No.1 shall lay down the cable for providing permanent electricity connection to the petitioner within a period of three months. It is further submitted that subject to the petitioner completing all formalities, the electricity connection shall be provided to the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations within a period of three months.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of respondent No.1.
