% 16.09.2016 The petitioner has given an undertaking in court today to vacate the suit premises and hand over vacant and physical possession of the property to the respondent within two years from today i.e. on or before 16.09.2018. The petitioner shall remain bound by the undertaking and the said undertaking is accepted. He shall also remain bound by the other terms and conditions as stated by him in the undertaking in court today. Learned counsel for the respondent submit that in view of the said undertaking, his client shall not execute the eviction order till 16.09.2018. I undertake to vacate the premises in question i.e. Shop No. 11, Panchsheel Colony, DDA Commercial Complex, Panchsheel Park, New Delhi and hand over vacant and physical possession of the property to the respondent within two years from today i.e. on or before 16.09.2018. I also undertake to continue to pay agreed monthly rent to the respondent. I shall also pay all the electricity and water charges that are payable for the period I remain in occupation. I undertake not to cause any intentional damage to the premises or induct any third person into the premises. RO&AC JAYANT NATH, J.
