Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent/ North Delhi Municipal Corporation (for short 'NDMC').
Mr. B.L. Wali, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner limits the relief in the present petition to a direction to the NDMC, to consider renewal of licence issued by the latter to the former for parking site for car, two wheelers, three wheelers at Commercial Complex, Pentamide Hospital, Civil Lines, Delhi, in accordance with law. W.P.(C) 7066/2018
Ms. Mini Pushkarna, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of NDMC states, on instructions, that although the subject licence was valid for a period up to 27.10.2017, the petitioners continue to operate from the subject site, on payment of monthly licence fee. In view of the foregoing, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the NDMC to consider the extension of the parking licence for the subject site for the period commencing 28.10.2017 for a period of one year, expeditiously, in accordance with law, under intimation to the petitioner.
