% 12.07.2016 During the last one year petitioner has availed furlough thrice. Lastly, he has surrendered only on 3rd February, 2016 after availing the furlough. The ground of maintaining social ties is not convincing. Accordingly, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on parole at this stage. Writ petition is dismissed.
