% 30.01.2019 CM APPL.4447/2019 in MAC.APP. 350/2017 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for return of the statutory amount deposited at the time of filing the appeal before this Court. Learned counsel for the appellant in view of the order dated 11.10.2018 submits that the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- so deposited with this Court be returned to the appellant. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the appellant and for the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed and the statutory amount so deposited with this Court be refunded to the appellant, as per rules.

As per aforesaid directions, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
