1. Learned counsel for the Respondents has handed over an order dated 8th February 2019 where inter alia the two spells of interruption period i.e. 27th August 2004 (FL) and 8th September 2004 (AL) and twenty days from 13th September 2005 to 2nd October is being regularized by granting the Petitioner twenty days earned leave from his balance i.e. twenty eight days earned leave. Counsel for the Respondents states that the petition has thus been rendered infructuous.

2. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
