% 11.10.2018 This petition seeks clubbing of two complaint cases, pertaining to the same property, the same parties and the same lis, pending before two courts of different Magistrates at Rohini District Courts, Delhi. Accordingly, CC No. 14585/17 pending before the court of the Metropolitan Magistrate (North West), Rohini District Courts, New Delhi, be transferred to the court of Metropolitan Magistrate-2 (North), Rohini District Courts, New Delhi, where CC No. 4375/17 is pending. The records of the transferee court shall be reached to the transferred court within a month from today. The parties shall appear before the latter court on 03.12.2018.

The petition stands disposed-off in the above terms. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
