% 12.07.2016 Petitioner applied for parole with the Govt. of NCT of Delhi which has been rejected vide order dated 12th January, 2016. Aggrieved by the said order, petitioner has preferred this petition for release on parole. It may be noted that petitioner was granted furlough for two weeks in the month of March, 2016 and after availing the same he has surrendered on 14th April, 2016. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain present writ petition at this stage.

Writ petition is dismissed.
