IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ BAIL APPLN. 1569/2018 SHEELU ..... Petitioner Through Ms.Tanya Agarwal, Adv.

versus STATE ..... Respondent Through Dr. M.P. Singh, APP for the State.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 11.07.2018 Petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground that his wife is pregnant and her expected date of delivery is 15.07.2018. Wife of the petitioner is staying at Mau, Tehsil Bisuwa, District Auriya, UP. Learned APP has opposed the grant of interim bail on the ground that petitioner is facing trial for having committed heinous offences under section 365/364A/ 411/302/120B/201/34 IPC. Trial is at the initial stage as even charges have not been framed. Petitioner is also involved in five other cases registered in police station Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad. There are chances of petitioner absconding.

Petitioner's wife is living with petitioner's grand-parents. Petitioner's mother and brother are also living in the same village and they can take care

of petitioner's wife.

In the facts of this case, as mentioned above, I am not inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner. Bail application is dismissed. Dasti. A.K. PATHAK, J JULY 11, 2018 ab
