This Court is now informed by respondent no.2 Federation that it is not feasible to hold a final regatta as the necessary assistance is not forthcoming from the Asian Sailing Federation. 2.

It is seen that the decision for selecting the final team was left to the IOA. The IOA had taken a decision to continue with the recommendations of the respondent no.2 Federation subject to the final outcome of the final regatta and the orders of this Court. Since the final selection race is not being held, it would be necessary for IOA to take a final decision in the

matter. It is suggested that the IOA take the decision taking into account the results of the Regatta held in Chennai, the Asian Sailing Championship 2018 and the past results of the two teams in question and uninfluenced by the minutes of the meeting of the selection committee held on 30.06.2018. The learned counsel appearing for the IOA seeks time to take instructions in this regard.
