HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANMOHAN
O R D E R
% 02.09.2016 Today in Court the counsel for the respondents has handed over a copy of the Renewal License of Motor Driving School dated 1st September, 2016. The same is taken on record.
However, the petitioner has some grievance with regard to the period of license as well as the categories of vehicles. In the opinion of this Court, the said issue cannot be agitated in the contempt jurisdiction.
Consequently, the present contempt petition and the applications are closed and the notices issued are discharged with liberty to the petitioner to raise its grievances in an appropriate forum. However, this Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J SEPTEMBER 02, 2016/KA
