% 20.01.2017 Ex.P. 320/2011 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016 as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Learned counsel for decree holder has admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.2 crores, therefore the matter needs to be transferred to concerned (Central) (Headquarter), Tis Hazari Court and has submitted that the same may be fixed for 31.01.2017, for which another connected matter is also fixed there.

-2Accordingly, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, (Central) (Headquarter), Tis Hazari Court Delhi for 31.01.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court. The next date of hearing i.e. 22.02.2017, earlier given before the Hon'ble Court, stands cancelled.
