HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL GAUR

% 22.01.2019 Impugned order of 15th May, 2018 grants interim maintenance of ₹10,000/- to respondents.
Petitioner's counsel assails the impugned order on the ground that respondent no.1 is fully capable of earning and maintaining herself and that petitioner is earning only ₹7,000/- per month and has old parents to look after. However, petitioner's counsel has sought to place on record petitioner's income certificate from private employer to assert that petitioner is earning ₹7,000/- per month.
It is often seen that such kind of certificates can be easily procured. The trial court has fixed interim maintenance of ₹10,000/- for respondents while calculating income of petitioner on minimum wages. This court finds no infirmity in the impugned order. CRL.M.C. 3592/2018
This petition and the applications are accordingly dismissed. (SUNIL GAUR) JUDGE JANUARY 22, 2019 p'ma CRL.M.C. 3592/2018
