% 21.02.2017 The demand draft dated 18.02.2017 amounting Rs. 25,000/- of UCO Bank in favour of M/s Morepen Laboratories Limited is handed over to the plaintiff pursuant to settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre vide settlement deed dated 19.12.2016.

The suit stands disposed of in terms of this settlement and parties shall remain bound by the terms of this settlement. A certificate of refund of court fee shall be issued in favour of the plaintiff under Section 16 A of Court Fee Act and Section 89 of the CPC. DEEPA SHARMA, J FEBRUARY 21, 2017 ss
