% 15.07.2016 Issue notice. Mr. Mahajan accepts notice on behalf of the State. The petitioner has filed this petition to seek a direction to provide protection to his life and liberty. The case of the petitioner is that he is married to respondent no.6 and due to marital discord, there is a threat to his life and liberty by respondent nos.5 to 7. Though the father-in-law of the petitioner has been impleaded as respondent no.5, it is informed that he had passed away a few days go. The other private respondents apart from the wife is the mother-in-law, who is now a widow.
A perusal of the petition and the annexures filed with them do not disclose any ground for entertaining any apprehension by the petitioner.
Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
