Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the earlier counsel for the petitioner did not inform the petitioner about the dates fixed before the Trial Court and/or about his appearance before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petitions with the liberty that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court and move an appropriate application/petition. Accordingly, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.

The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application/petition
of the petitioner, if any, at the earliest, as per law. 4.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitions.
